Who is behind these guides?
Fax Prime Guides is published by Notera Labs Limited, the company behind Fax Prime for iPhone. “Notera Labs Editorial Team” is the collective publishing name used for these guides. It identifies our product publisher, not a separate organization or an independent review panel.
Our articles help you prepare readable documents, send and receive faxes, understand delivery status, and keep useful records. We have a commercial interest in Fax Prime: links to the App Store lead to our own product, which offers in-app purchases.
How we check information
For Fax Prime instructions, we use first-party product material and available app workflows, interface labels, and implementation details. We distinguish those checks from a completed transmission: a screenshot or code review alone does not demonstrate that a fax reached a recipient. Product-specific review notes appear in the articles where relevant.
For example, the confirmation guide explains the fields in Fax Prime’s report and what a delivered status can establish. The failed-fax guide describes the app’s failure messages and the checks appropriate to each one. Neither promises that a recipient has read or accepted a document.
Instructions for an outside service should be checked against that service’s official documentation. Our free fax cover sheet templates are general-purpose resources. The download page identifies their file format, paper size, and fillable fields. A “Confidential” label on a template does not establish a compliance certification or replace your organization’s handling requirements.

For an app issue, include the app version and use Settings → Contact Support when available. Please do not send private documents, passwords, or full recipient details with an editorial correction.
